I have aunimax red one been using it since 07 on my ps90. pros small, big easy to on off switch the strobe feature on the laser is very nice.water proof, it seems tough I don't abuse my gear but I'm not gental either. that ps90 been thru the ringer s few times and had a few good falls too. cons odd batteries needed(357) and it needs two and they are a pain to change you need a small flat head screw driver the batts are a bitch to get out the tape switch kit is weak & poorly designed, no auto shutoff if it turns on in your bag the batteries are gone. crimson trace railmaster I have the ir unit have had it for 3 months or so pros--- battery can be changed with no tools it uses cr2smaller than the CT water proof 5min auto shut off. no real way to tell if it is on or off unless you can see the beam. the switch is a press on press off. I don't think a tape switch is offered for the CT yet. hope this helpsas of right now I like the rail master better |
