I got my first Surefire flash light via trade with a buddy.
Wanted one for YEARS, but didn't feel like I could afford one. It was a good trade on my part due to a broken lense and lots of wear. So I called up Surefire to see about getting a replacement lens. They told me that it could only be replaced in house. What's it going to cost me, cause I was thinking that I was about to lose big. NO COST, is what the rep told me. Hey man, I'm not looking to hustle you, I'm not the original owner. No problem, send it in. Couple weeks later I get it back and it looks nearly new. Great service. Really great service. My next flashlight purchase just got real simple. |
