Ok, those with lights and lasers on their weapon. I have a light and laser mounted. The pressure switch for the light I have vertical grip in the front. Works great! The longer pressure switch for the laser I am not sure about where to mount it. But then I don't want any wires crossing the ejection port either. How about some pics for reference? |

This picture shows the switch in the laser. The light is on the bottom. The switch is now on the vertical grip as you can see in this pic. The laser switch is now going up over the top rail and back to the trigger guard. Its activated from my trigger hand, thumb. It feels comfortable, and the wire is not blocking the ejection port. I really like the light! The laser may not stay on. I already know the feelings of lasers on here, starting to see why. LOL so save your breath. ;) The pic here shows the vertical grip with the pressure switch in the laser. The light is in a position where my left, thumb can turn the light on or off. But this is now reversed. Like I said I am not sure how long I will keep the laser on. But the laser wire is much longer and I was just asking what is a good way to keep the wires out of the way. But I can see where this problem is going. |

I can guarantee you will end up ditching that laser as you progress
ETA: But, with that setup you have there, I think you have it placed in the best position FOR that setup. However, if I was running your setup combined with my shooting positions, I would mount the flashlight at the 11 o clock offset (Flip the flashlight in the mount) and put the laser pressure switch at the 12 o clock just a tad behind the tail cap (still maintaining its 12 o clock position) of the flashlight and put some zip ties, tying attaching it to the rail. Gives you better control of the weapon, and you can use the fore grip as a handstop. That won't work as well with the carbine length if you have ape arms |

Yeah I am not sure how long I will keep it mounted.
