| Has anyone tried this on their AR? I'm thinking of buying a Gear Sector e-series offset mount. It comes on High first (500 lumens) and then low on the second press or click. And the Ultra models have a spring on the head. I want to know if I can rely on the user interface to work with recoil (and not switch to low or anything)? Thanks. |
| It's a Surefire, I wouldn't worry about it's ability to handle recoil/shock. However, I don't like the idea of more than one mode of illumination per switch on a weapon for the simple reason that a weaponlight may need to be quickly flashed on and off, and that would switch illumination modes on the light you mention. |

I agree, I'd like to have a single output 500 lumen conversion head for my E2D light that's already on my AR. |
