I had a few questions about their tape switch holders and sent an email earlier today. Within an hour, Mark responded to my questions and I proceeded to order a few. For whatever reason, (probably my fault) I had trouble placing my order on their site. Mark emailed me (during the NFL Championships) and got the problem resolved and my stuff is shipping tomorrow.
When all of us are waiting days/weeks for orders and phone calls/emails to be returned, these guys are on it. Thx. GP |
