I'm looking for a thread I read awhile ago that had a mod that would keep the x300 more securely in place when attached. Mine has become somewhat loose after moving from my M&P to my rifle and back over and over again.
If my memory serves me correctly, big if, I think it was either a thread here or on weaponsevolution. Thanks for the help

Actually if you loosen the allen screws and push the plastic peices inward while you retighten the allen screws it will tighten the light up rock solid on your rail...It worked for me
There is only a little play or adjustment but it was enough on mine for the light to be real sloppy and after a little adjustment It's so tight it takes some force to get it off. |

I only have the lever latch mount with it unfortunately.
I'll give the suggestion y'all have a try. It's staying on my rifle from now on so as long as I can get it tightened down good it should stay that way. ETA: That undoing the rails and re-tightening them all has made it rock solid again. Thanks guys. |
