| Are there any drop in LED replacements for the M910A? I am looking to possibly get more lumens than the MN10 but with about the same run time. I figure replacing the Incan for LED would possibly do so. |

http://www.lumaforce.com/led-bulbs.html I don't think any of those will fit the 910. The replacement for the 910 doesn't have a reflector, MN10 Quoted:
I was looking at that, but there has to be something far more cost effective. I didn't think that was what you were looking for. I thought in the past SF had a white light LED replacement for the 910. I posted because I'm in the same boat. |

Tnvc makes a new led head for it. Click link in supporters banner or click here http://www.tnvc.com/shop/tx-4-cree-led-600-lumen-conversion-head/ I stopped in to post the same thing The Surefire M910A uses the same bulb and bezel as the Surefire M500 forend. I've been using the M500 forend for years and own several of them. I've been slowly retrofitting all of my 3-cell M500s with the TNVC TX-4 LED conversion head, and I have been extremely happy with them. Here are a couple of mine:
ETA: The LumaForce LEDs mentioned above will not fit the M910A. |

Thanks for the input fellas, I forgot about this thread for a bit. I do have to say, I smashed the head at the last G school and I called the company, told them whats up, and they didn't even question me, they sent me a new one within a couple days. The conversation went like this:
Me: Hey I need a new head for my 910A, I fell on it and smashed the glass and the bezel, if you could tell me the replacement part numbers I will go ahead and get them from your online store. Surefire CS: What is your name and address sir and what color was the head? Me: Blah blah blah bublah blah blah black. Surefire CS: Look for your new head in the mail in a couple days, thank you for buying surefire, good bye. Me: *Dialtone*
I am now buying two more lights from them through LaRue as soon as I get the money. |
