I've got one of the Red/White/IFF model lights. All the switch modes work properly, except the white mode. You pretty much breathe on the switch and it pops into the "OFF" middle position, where as red (on the same rocker switch) locks very positively.
Anyone encountered this before and is there a fix, or should I just contact surefire after new years? (they are closed till then) |

off the top of my head, send her in. Contact SF for the RMA - I had a push button tail cap go bad & a pressure switch. Sent them in - and got them back in working order in about a week... That was my thought. The thing is brand new and it is an awesome light (picking up a tangodown hat for my birthday this spring) just the switches annoy me in their current state. I'll give em a call next week. I'm going to be pissed if I get told its a fake or something. (came in factory box, etc) |
