I just purchased a green laser for my AR and the mount was not up to spec. It would not fit on any of my rails (YHM, Daniel Defense, Magpul, CMMG)
even after I spread the mount. Looking to get another mount for the laser. Wondering if the VTac flashlight mount would work. Anyone using the VTac for a laser or have a better option? The width of the tube on the green laser is pretty big. It is about the same size a a weapon light and I checked it with a 1 inch scope ring and it fit. |
might have been a mount for the old ( & I mean Old) type bb gun rail mount - to be that bad spec wise. any one inch solid flashlight mount should do the trick. From mako to well whatever is nicer than china made mako stuff. just hit me GG&G  I have seen tons of these mounts from cheaper than dirt, cdnn, & so on. you have a ton of options everybody makes them
