Here's what's happened to my tail cap, the rubber switch cover has split off:


I've contacted Surefire support but received no response.  Anyone know if this is rubber cap cover thingy is replaceable, or will I have to buy another entire tail cap assembly?

There are 3 ways to contact sure fire :

by telephone

by telephone

or by telephone

call them right now and wait on hold until you talk to a customer service rep. Email is a non starter.

I can confirm the advice about calling them via phone.  They will definitely take care of you once you talk to someone.  I've called twice about problems and both times they resolved the issues - once by returning my light for repair and once by sending me a new tailcap.

Thanks, just talked to a very courteous CS rep, and I'm sending it back for evaluation.
