| So I was digging thru my crap when I moved and ran across two NIB Pentagon weaponslights. One is a MS2 and the other a MD2 w/laser. Both have the ARMS mounts. I have no use for these but since Pentagon is out of business am I SoL in trying to sell/trade these? They were pretty expensive when I bought them. As I understand it the Surefire 6 series parts are compatable. |

| The ms2's are still pretty nice. The lamps, filters and tailcaps for the 6p/g2 will fit, and larue even makes a mounting base for them, meaning there are a lot of options to upgrade and keep the light running for a long time. The laser parts for the md2 OTOH are not available so while the light itself is serviceable, if anything goes wrong with the laser module you are SOL. |

I heard that the MS2 and X2 series or whatever will fit some existing parts (surefire tape switches, but not normal switches, and some lamp modules, etc) but no one says the same about the MD2/laser. Still cool though. |
