[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Surefire X400 ???

So, from my research it appears that the lamp is not removable and serviceable on my X400.

What do I do if it burns out? Surefire's warranty states that lamps aren't covered. Would they cover it in this case?

LED doesn't generally burn out.

If it does, SF will likely replace it.

SF warranty refers to incandescent lamps/assemblies, not LED's.

eta: I mean the warranty covers LEDs, not lamps.

They replaced the LED in my G2L.

I have an X300 that I accidentally cracked the lens which was all my fault. Surefire replaced it for free. Great warranty IMHO.
