Is completely awesome. I now own three of their lights, 2 x TLR-1's and a rechargeable Ultra Stinger:
Let me recount my little customer service episode with them. Here is the actual e-mail I sent:
Hi,
For Christmas this year I purchased a Streamlight UltraStinger model. Fantastic light. This morning I had left it out on my night stand and my three-year-old turned it on and set it lens down. Well it was left that way for about 10 minutes, until I smelt smoke… Yup, burned a spot in the top of the nightstand and partially melted the lens (what a light!)
Is there any way I can purchase a new head assembly and / or just swap out the lens?

Yup... 4 days later I had a brand new head assembly for the light thanks to their awesome CS rep Robin.
I'm sold.

Yeah, they're good.
The time I've sent a lamp in, along with a letter requesting upgrade options, I just got the light back, repaired, but no communication whatsoever.

+1 for streamlight customer service. They fixed 2 of my out of warranty lights for free!

I had a bezel/lens replaced FOC on my TLR1 weaponlight that was damaged in training. Great customer service in my opinion!
