I searched and looked through every page of this section.  So please forgive me if this has been covered already.

I don't know how/where to mount my tape switch.  Any and all experience would be appreciated.

might try cutting a bicycle inner tube to make a big "rubber band", i've also seen guys use zip ties.  i'm sure there are better options but these work.

I like it between the rails. It is better protected in there and rides beneath my thumb.

ERGO Tape switch rail cover

Seems to be the best option.  Surefire also has a switch with a mount built in, but it's spendy.

Tango down also has a panel that accepts a grip, but I don't like the tango down rail panels, YMMV
