I just got an M910A surefire light in a trade and can not get it to work.I have the proper batteries for it(123s) but maybe I have those in wrong dunno.I know there is a switch on it to prevent it from being turned on accidentally.Maybe I have that turned off.Could someone help with some pics or instructions on this? I have no idea how any of the switches work. Thanks in advance.

Try turning the batteries around. I know if they are in wrong either the nav lights won't work or the main light wont work I forget which one. But give it a try.

The nav lights are LEDs and won't work with reverse polarity.  The incandescent should work both ways.
The switch at the top on the rear of it is a diasable switch, It rotates on off.

It was 50/50. It's been so long that I had one of those heavy SOBs!
