Is there anyone running a Streamlight PolyTac that has rung it out a bit at the range?  Comparison to Surefire G2s or 6Ps?

Only put about 300 rounds through the gun with the Poly Tac on it.  It is brighter than my 6P.  Main reason I chose it though is it is lighter than the 6P.

Have not used one yet, but I am hearing very good things about the Poly Tac, especially for the price.

Is it brighter than standard 6P or a 6P LED?  How far do you estimate throw to ID Threat?

It is brighter than the 6P LED.  The SL is rated at 120L and the 6P LED is 80L.  With very informal side by side testing in my back yard you can see the difference in the brightness with ease.  The throw is almost the same as the 6P.  I will attempt to get some pictures late tonight if it's not raining when I get home.

I both lights locally.  The 6P LED was $65 from Lowe's and the SL was $39 from the local gun store.  I also like the switch on the SL more.  It allows momentary and on without having to twist the cap like the 6P.

OK, here are some pictures.  They were taken in my back yard.  F=5.0 with a 2.5s exposure.  ISO was 100.  The distance was roughly 50 feet but I did not measure.  The Canon DSLR was on a tripod and did not move between pictures but both lights were hand held......  Hope this helps.

Thanks for the pics.  I'm going to add one of the Streamlights soon.  RRA15

What mount are you running with the polytac?

This is the $20 mount I got off Ebay.  Great seller when it comes to shipping time and it works perfectly!
