| I own a G2 Surefire light, Im looking for a tail cap switch where I press the button and the light stays on, unitl I click again to turn off. I dont want my light to stay on by keeping my finger on the tail cap switch..............is there such a thing? |
The Z48 & Z49 (Black) have rubber shrouds to help reduce accidental activations and prevent unintentionally clicking it constant-on (or off). The Z58 & Z59 (Black) do not have this rubber shroud and are the same diameter and only slightly longer than a standard TailCap. |

i got mine off ebay for $8 shipped took 8 days from hong kong
it's probably not nearly as durable as the surefire brand, but it works and looks great. it also does momentary off when activated (when clicked on you can turn it off by pressing the button in a little bit), but unfortunately doesn't do momentary on like the twisty cap that came with the surefire G2 from the factory. i also picked up a crenelated "tacticool glass breaker" bezel for for $10. both fit my G2 well and are waterproof like the factory surefire. i'm betting they're made of shitty aluminum and i wouldn't bet my life on them, but i got them more for look than function anyways
