Does anyone know if the KAC PEQ-2 mount is low enough to clear a scope (Meopta) mounted in a SPR 1.5?

Clearance between the rail and the scope tube is approx .930"

It's obviously lower than the standard Insight mount (what I have now) but I don't want to buy it to find out and then end up with a useless piece of gear with limited resale value if it doesn't work.

Obviously I can just run the PEQ on the side of the gun but I would really rather have it on top.

Thanks for any help.

It should be OK if you run really High scope rings.

The real problem will be the objective of the scope clearing the top of the PEQ2a.

If you are running full leanth rail there may be enough room.

So the options are go with a small enough objective or move the PEQ2a to the side.
there is nothing wrong with this except it increases the risk of a laser AD.

In Iraq I had a m203 and the leaf sight on top my Paq4 was on the left side of the rifle it worked very well there.
