I'm looking at buying this light with a mount that will go on my AR. It's LED. How will this work with the recoil? Will this work? Any other suggestions on an inexpensive rifle light? Thanks for the help. |

I have a 9p with the 200 lumen lamp (20 minute MAX run time) so i have recently added a G2 LED that runs 80 lumens for 12 hours mounted as well, both run perfectly, and i've shot dozens of hogs in all weather with this setup in the last month... beat it up pretty good, run 500 ish rounds with them attached. The LED will handle recoil 100x better than a regular bulb, so get a LED and be confident! I have run a TLR-1 on my 18" shotty, with #1 buck (RECOIL!!!) for the last year, it has never had an issue... LEDs will handle recoil, i promise! Get the G2 LED and a cheap 1" rifle scope mount and go at it. have fun |
