As far as I know the diameter of the G2 tube is 1". I can't tell you how well it work, since I haven't gotten a chance to mess with mine yet. Hope this helps. |
How do you like this mount. Is it holding up well. Does it pivot or slip during shooting. |

I'm using a Midwest Industries MI#03 Tactical Rail & Vertical Grip, with a FAB Defense PLS 1 - Flashlight Side Mount, holding a Surefire 9P with a Solarforce Cree Q5 drop-in. I can't testify how tough it is, cause I haven't mistreated it yet. But I got a descent 230 lumen weapon light for about $165 total. If you look closely, you can see where I had to trim the vertical grip some with a Dremel to get adequate clearance. Once that was done, it worked like a charm.
