I have a surefire M910A and I am wondering if it is possible to change the head out for the "2.5in beam-focusing TurboHead reflector for longer range" that is on the M910AB. I don't need to change it and I probably won't, even if I can, but I just want to know for some reason.

You need the KT4 TurboHead Kit.
The Kit feature the Millennium TurboHead bezel (2.5" diameter, shock isolated reflector), and MN15 & MN16 lamp assemblies. (for three-SF123A bodies such as the M3, M96 and M900 etc)

You can also put a KL6 head on it. the KL6 is an LED. I don't know how easy they are to come by it took Calvin a while to get me one.
