Anyone using the Streamlight TLR2? How do you like it? I am wanting to keep things simple and clean. I figured a laser/light combo and the standard carry handle sights for an HD/truck/four wheeler rifle. Are there any other combos recommended? TIA, Mike |

I have a TLR-2 and a M6X on handguns. I tried them on my AR but the lasers are limited compared to what you can get to mount on your AR and you do not have any bulb upgrade options like a Surefire 9P gives you. To me it is about range. A handgun combo is made for close work. Here is a $500 option. You can go for a lower price laser and get the price down. I have a 170 lumens Cree LED in it.  |
