| If anyone who uses, used, or just has an opinion on this light/laser can you please let me know what you think. How does it compare to other lights, battery life, mount to handguards, any info would be appreciated. I am in the market for a light and I think I like this one but would like some feedback. |
| I have an M-6 mounted on my Bushmaster Shorty and am happy with it. In a side-by-side comparison, the laser is as bright as my Crimson Trace lasers and the light is as bright as my Stinger XT. Still on my first set of batteries so can't help there but projected battery life for the laser is 20 hrs or so and 1 hour for the light. I mounted mine utilizing this mount:www.bushmaster.com/shopping/bmas/yhm-639.asp A handguard mount would work for the M-3 but the hanguards flex too much and would affect accuracy of the laser. Using the Bushy mount, the laser is 1.4" below the bore and according to the JBM trajectory calculator, the trajectory is not more than 1.5" above or below POA out to almost 100 yds. |
