Are these legal, and if so where can you get one? I have seen the presumably Russian Corsak IR designator referenced before as an economical choice, but cannot find a source. I just did a search under the proper name Corsak (thought it was Cobra  ).Thanks! |
| I sold my PAQ-4C for far more than those things are really worth (as far as useful value) and happened upon the Corsak as a replacement. I really like them. They have a visible LED on/off indicator to satisfy FDA requirements so they are not 100% "stealth" but in a life or death situation electrical tape would do this. The only downside is the RAS mounts arent perfect (the eastern europeans use them with a barrel mount on an AK, and so of course the barrel mount is what they make best), and require filing to fit to the RAS usually, but for the price, heck even disregarding price, there is no alternative. Check your IM for more info :) |
