I have the Keymod QD attachment for the NSR rail and Im having an issue. None of my swivels will work with it. The stud portion is too long, anyone know where/what brand I need that has a shorter stud length?

I think you need to swap it 180 so the hole in the mount lines up with the hole in the KeyMod rail.
