hey guys i saw somewhere a guy had a sling that was a single point but you disconnected and could go to another connection that made it a two point sling does any one know where i can get any?

There are several different slings that do this.

Magpul MS3
Emdom Gunfighter
Others

Go look at SKD Tactical

Do you already have a end plate with a sling mount?

I use a Gear Sector 2-point w/ QD ends and a Noveske buttplate and built-in Omega rail swivel connector. I added an IWC tri-glide and can run it as a 1-point set-up as well.
