What locking travel box do you guys recommend? I am going to have a 18" 5.56. I want to be able to fit my 3 hand guns also. And magazines.

I just bought a Pelican case since most people use them here.  I suggest checking them out.  They are solid.

I keep a 16" carbine ar15 with 2 kimber 1911's in a pelican 1700, works well, I always cut my case with the uppers detached...  I have a tan 1700 with my 20" varmint upper, night scope, 50mm scope, lights, a few mags, a bullet pod, and 2 G22's... Good all around case and its almost 10"'s shorter than the 1720 {I have one of them with my model 700 .308 in it...}, or you can get a 1750 and keep a kitchen sink in there with your rifle... or a small child, my buddy has a 750 that he keeps his service ar in, he cut his foam to fit 2 more pelican cases for his pistols, I believe them are 1150's...  It looks sweet when you open it up, but a lot heavier than it needs to be..  Not fun running through an airpor t  trying to make baggage with that thing..

Pelican 1750.  It's kind of a big case - storing 2 rifles and whatnot.
