I know nothing about how to choose a sling for my new AR15.
I have a LMT cqb 16 rifle. I will be using the gun for mostly gun ranges and coyote hunting (alot of walking) I want it to be comfortable, and I don't want it moving around a lot on me when walking distances with it. What can you guys recommend? |

I would recommend something like my LaRue Tactical padded two point sling, it already have built-in heavy duty push button quick detachable sling swivels, ready to attach to your quick detachable sling mount equipped LMT carbine.
I use my sling on my LMT and Colt carbines and the LaRue (exclusively made by Viking Tactics for them with built-in sling swivels) sling works very well when hiking, running, climbing, etc, because it could be adjusted very snug to the body and stays tight even in extreme activities. Here's where I got mine and anybody could order them from LaRue Tactical which is one of this site's sponsors. http://stores.homestead.com/Laruetactical/Detail.bok?no=86 Video instruction link for the Viking VTAC sling which is the same as the LaRue version exept the Viking version doesn't come with quick detachable sling swivels, the swivels have to be purchased separately. http://www.vikingtactics.com/pop-instr_video.html |

Eagle Industries Tactical Sling with mounting hardware
They have some more reasonably priced options as well. |

Larry Vickers VCAS sling or VTAC sling. Two point adjustables are the way to go.
One-points tends to pound your crotch when transitioning to secondary. Like everyone though, finding that sling is always a HUGE learning curve. I have several slings I have bought in the past that's just now collecting dust in the closet. |
