Looks like the military side sling mount. RRA has one. AR0161 on the page

Your pic is not working but there are several manufacturers of these. I think I even remember seeing where Promag was making one...

Bushmaster...and they're expensive...but closest I've found to mil-spec.

Appears to be the standard USGI unit; the ones that I have are marked with Airtronic USA's CAGE (1C5Q6). You aren't buying directly from them, but the one listed at PK is the real deal; you can cross reference MFG P/N and CAGE at WebFLIS and BINCS.
