I purchased a Gear Sector ASP from a company that was going out of business and had some great final prices.  I included an attachment solution for the ASP and ordered an H&K snap adapter.  When the package arrived, the two halves did not match. I already had great difficulty with the company going out of business when most of the items were out of stock and a refund was greatly delayed.  

I sent an e-mail to Gear Sector along with a photo to show the two sections not matching.  A few seconds after I hit the SEND button, I got a phone call from their customer service person.  He said the attachment was old stock and was not compatible with their new hardware.  He said he would send out a new one.  I offered to pay for the new one or send back the old stock item.  While the issue was with the company who sold me the old stock, the Gear Sector CS person said there would be no charge and sent it right out.

Kudos to Jason Trusty and Gear Sector for their incredibly fast response to my question and for providing a replacement.  I appreciate good customer service and this company demonstrated they know how to please their customers.  By the way, the ASP sling is well made and comfortable to use.

Well with some CS like that i guess i will not have a problem paying $120 for their hand stops (I don't mind paying for quality, especially to good people.).
