I have lurked the boards for awhile and have gotten alot of great info.

I ordered a Tango Down pistol Grip approximately 1 month ago and got the usual confirmation email saying my order was processed, but....

I have sent 3 emails and 1 phone call to them to check the status of my order and received no replies from them. I know they must be busy, but they could at least acknowlege my inquires.

It makes me not want to do business with them. I cant even cancel my order because they won't respond to my messages.

Anyne else have any probelms with them recently?

I had the same problem. They told me the people who mold their stuff quit, and that they were in the process of transferring to another company.

Tango Down took care of my problem! I appreciate them working hard to resolve my issue. I look forward to doing business with them again for my future needs
