I have a stag model 1 and Just ordered a omega  7.0 rail. I need a foregrip a nice one.  I will be adding a light also so what should I get guys? Should I get one with a bipod inside it also or are they to fat and bulky. I want a nice one that looks good...

I don't care for the ones that have an internal bipod.  If you want a bipod, mount the light on the side and get a harris.  The non-swivel verion is about $65 on Midwest.  Then buy an ErgoGrip for about $40.  About the same cost, better looks, and MUCH better functionality.

Personal taste. I like one that is easy to remove and replace when I desire such as the Bobro. Personaly, I think the bipod wanna be's look cheap, but that's me. I'm usualy running my AR's sans front grip. Guess I'm old school and thats what feels confortable to me.

Click on the LaRue Tactical link at the top of the page.

FUG is the only way to go. You can buy one grip that will easily switch to other rifles and is able to be swapped into three sizes. A bit more than the cheaper grips, but you get three sizes for the price of one. Oh yeah, it looks fugging good too.

That FUG sure looks nice and you've gotta love LaRue quality, but it is expensive.  I might have to add it to my "list".

I like the Larue as well but expensive, bobro I like  just as much and $25 less but I also saw a KZ? yes, made in U.S.A., machined aluminum (typeIII) , and also has a different model with built in side mount for thumb activated tactical light, all this for under $40 bucks. sounds good to me but I havn't been able to find any background info on KZ products on this website does anyone have any info on KZ products I found this V.F.G. on botach tactical and the KZ website, any info y'all have would be greatly appreciated

I too have decided to get a forward grip.

I like the FUG, but I don't want that quick release rail mount.  I would rather have a flush mounted screw type of mount for the grip.  That reminds me too much of my camera tripod mount.  Seems larger than what I would want.

I suppose given my criteria, I would now have to decide between having one with a storage compartment, or simpler, cheaper model.

I recently purchased a ProMag vertical grip from midway.  There were no screws included.  What sort of screw do I need to purchase to keep it in place?

The FUG would be the best.
