I posted awhile back that I was having issues with a ASP single point sling coming loose at the attachment at the rifle sling loop. I checked all your adapters at the website and it doesn't show my particular one.  Mines kinda like a standard single buckle.  The website shows some sort of buckle that is two pieces. Hope I haven't confused you. Best I could to describe it. By the way I have a GSP 2p on the way... Thanks WarDawg

Where did you post this, not sure how I missed it?

We have a toll-free number ( rings directly to my desk ) for a reason.

I think I had added my post to someone else's a month or so ago. Someone directed my back to your website for instructions ??? I think. Well I gotten off my butt and went there and just didn't see the exact one I had ( Adapter ) . Mine is not the same as the one M24SHOOTER has in his photo's. I'm talking about the one that attach's to the SP sling mount at the rear of the receiver.  I'm just trying to figure out how to loop it so it won't slip and send the rifle to the ground. I double backed on it and think it's not going anywhere now. Thanks WarDawg

Return it ( the sling & adapter ) and I will happily exchange it for a GEN II unit.

WarDawg:
I know you're not busting on Jason, and being in a cyberage phones are often overlooked.
Call Jason if you have a question.  Trust me, he'll answer or get right back with you.  If you have any question about any aspect he's more than happy to answer it, and is the best in terms of customer relations I've ever seen.
If you are ever less than satisfied, he'll work with to resolve the issue as you have seen.

Yeah  mines the gen 1... You know thats funny. I hardly use a phone more than 4 times a month... I honestly have to pull my wallet and  pull out my phone number when someone asks for it. I never  call my own house.   Thanks WD.
