You have ALICE pouches. They can be used in a pinch on MOLLE but usually only attach to one strip. There are ALICE adaptors available to make a better fit on MOLLE. Look for MOLLE Adaptor on e-bay, as they have large MOLLE loops on one side and smaller ALICE loops on the other. |

when it's done right, it does not flop at all  and a little advice, if you go this route, and have any pouches that use malice clips, be sure you test out how you like their placement before you lock them as they can be a bit of a p.i.t.a to unlock. other pouches have straps already atached to them, and just have a button snap to lock them, but you weave them the same way as shown in the pic
