I have them in my ARs. It's only because I'm nit-picky about rattles in my rifles. I also use velcro strips inside my M4 butt stocks to shut them up. No idea if it makes them shoot better, but they do stop the back & forth movement of the rear takedown pin in the upper's pin hole. This may keep it from enlarging the pin-hole any more, making the receivers have a looser fit as this hole enlarges. |
| not neccesary for this evo. They are really only security blankets for the poeple who like that cinched tight feeling in their rifle. does not help accuracy. I have five that I was given and have used one once. I immediately removed it as soon as I took the rifle down for cleaning and have not used them again. |
