I use the one by SOG. I got some gift cert from Brownell's for X-Mas and threw one in an order. I like it as it makes the butt a little "tacky" and helps prevent any slippage. Very easy to install, took like 5 seconds.

I've been wanting one for my M4gery, but never shelled out the mula for one. I'm a huge procrastinator.

Then I got the idea to use some Barge cement to attach a bit of rubber padding onto the stock in a more permanent manner. It's not pretty, but it works and keeps the stock from slipping.

Then, yesterday, I was at the gunshow and saw a Magpul CTR stock that came with a pad already installed. Needless to say, I'm $95 poorer today. What was I thinking?

I had one and did not like it almost right away.
Sold it to a buddy that thinks it is great.

They're nice when you're runnin w/ gear. Helps hold the stock on your shoulder instead of slipping off.
