Chest Rig > Slings and Other Accessories

Okay ladies and gentlemen, I am looking for a decent chest rig priced at around $50. I don't need anything fancy, even the goofy airsoft stuff will do, just something to carry AR mags and pistol mags for training at the range. Something with webbing to attach the carriers to(MALICE clips). Can anyone point me in the right direction?
