Bought a pair of Galati cases some time ago. One of the cases had issues with the zipper splitting, allowing the case to open. It was only occasional at first, but now it’s pretty much trash… I was impressed with the price/quality, but now I’m not too sure. I am looking for a replacement and 1 or 2 more cases. Has anyone else had problems with Galati cases? Thanks, mn_308 |

ahhh... nevermind - kinda duped on this. Don't know how I missed this but looks like GarrettJ had exactly the same experience. He describes it in THIS THREAD. Same situation as mine, old style YBS zipper, and never heard back… |
Did you read the entire thread...he was sent a new case. |

To close loop on this thread if anyone is interested… With a little help from Neil Wiskur, Galati shipped me a NEW REPLACEMENT CASE, well outside of my warranty period, and I received it in only a couple of days after contacting them! May not be US made, but the CS response to my inquiry, both from Neil and Galati, has me impressed. Actually placed an order with Wiskur.com today, as a follow-up. |
