I've got the somewhat expensive but very high-quality Tango Down ACB-4

Works great for me

eta: mount is integral to the body of the bipod, and requires only a screwdriver

+1 for the GG&G. Just got mine last week. It is a work of art! Well worth the extra cash. Do it right the first time, you won't be sorry!

I think the Parker Hale bipod is one of the best.

You can connect it to a A.R.M.S. versapod mount and then connect it to your RAS.
