I've searched, and was able to find out that the TD rail covers are the thickest.

What I need to know is what rail covers are the smallest?  As in over hang the side, stick up above, etc the rail.  I want the lowest profile possible.

Right now, I don't want the ladder rail covers - may change my mind though.

Magpul XT's are the smallest that I have seen.  They are cheap, easy to trim, and come in three colors.  I got rid of my TD's and got Mapul's for all my AR's.
