I just got my Tac Force Discreet Case in.   I looked around for a long time for a good discreet case that also wouldn't break the bank.  Toward the end I was looking at the Eagle and Tac Force.  For the money the Tac Force is VERY well made.  Its actually much nicer than what I expected.  So, for any of you guys looking for a good discreet case you may want to check them out.

I agree.  I've got 3 now & really like them. I wish Eagle would redesign theirs to include PALS webbing.

And get that mag pouch out of the weapon area.

I've been very happy with my Tac FOrce as well.

"And get that mag pouch out of the weapon area."

I agree.  Thanks another reason I like the Tac Force cases since we can shift the mag holder around to avoid any problems.

I've never used these guys but have heard good things about them.  www.savvysurvivor.com/tacforcediscreetcase.htm

I used a company called ASPI Tactical and must have gotten lucky.  I had no problems what so ever but I have heard some horror stories about guys having to wait a long time to receive product and some that never received anything.

I just got my Tac Force OD 36" case.

I also have the Blackhawk case just like it.

The Tacforce is the best deal.  It is essentially the same case but 25% less.

The ONE detail I can fuss about the Tacforce is that the zipper is not as beefy as the Blackhawk.  I don't think it is a Y2K zipper.  Other than that, the stitching looks good and the design is excellent.

I'd buy Eagle, but their design sucks.

Is it USA made?  Their prices look real attractive.

No, I believe small children in Asia made it.

But like I said, except for a punny zipper, it looks good as far as construction.

I'll second that...What were they thinking by putting the thin mag pouches right on top the rifle (inside the rifle compartment) with no padding?

The first time I saw the case I thought it was photochopped!

While much more expensive with more features, I'm looking at a i-Shot SERT Tac Carbine Case.  These things have everything plus the kitchen sink.  I really like the huge accessory pouch on the outside and the multiple tie-down options.

i_Shot lost his friggin mind when they put a price tag on these things.  Just too damn much.

I also have a Tac Force and love it, VERY well made and every bit as good as the overpriced brands.  Got mine from

Got my 40" TAC Force from savvysurvivor as well.  Only thing I'm not happy with is the shoulder strap, some of the stitching in that area is starting to come lose after so much use, I'll fix it myself one of these days.  Shouldnt be to hard.  Until then I just use the carry handles to transport it.  Overall I'd say its a great case for the money.

You could buy THREE TacForce cases for the price of one I-shot and still have money left over!!!

Besides tons of PALS webbing I'll never use, what is the high $$$ for?

One of our own, Bowers Tactical has TacForce cases as well.

Thanks for the info on the I-Shot.  My store stocks I-Shot, but I somehow have not looked at this line, mostly only range bags and mag pouches  I'll be looking into these on my next order.  And for the record, I have a Tac-Force case for both my M-4 carbine and my carbon pistol and am quite satisfied.

I won't tell you what case to get, but I have been very pleased with my Tac Force bag.

I opted for the 40" bag.  One of the great things about the tac Force bags is that front pocket where the removeable mag pouch goes is also padded, and therefore can also be used for gun storage.

In fact, for range work I usually have my 20" AR10 with collapsed stock in the main compartment, and my M4 with collapsed stock in the front pocket.  It just minimizes the amount of cases I need to lug back and forth from the truck.

Also, for my 3-gun matches, my 18" FN shotgun goes in the main compartment and once again, the M4 resides in the front pocket.  It's been a great setup.  I highly doubt one could do better for the money and even then some, than the Tac FOrce bags.  I even use their range bag for my pistol and gear for the 3-gun matches.  They're good stuff.

Well.... truth in advertising.... they state "No expense spared" I guess to get to pay for it too if you want it....

But, at the same time I purchased the one Brownelle's sells, and did not like it at all constructed well, just too many things I did not like. Here's my rewiew of it....

I've got a 36 or 38 in Tan.  Very nice bag.  I've taken pictures of my rifle with the mag pouch nearby and have had several people ask about it.  The mag pouch is better than most pouches sold separately elsewhere.  I've looked at the PALS and MOLLE mag pouches trying to find a complementary one for the outside pocket and have also looked at gear to hold misc. items inside the main compartment.  I can't find anything that's as nice as that mag pouch.

I almost like the mag pouches better than the case.  I'm surprised the mag pouch wasn't just an afterthought.  The elastic cinching around the mags is nice as well as the fact that you can pull the mag flaps back behind the entire 3x2 OR if you remove the mags, they can be inserted and secured down inside the 3x2 before you put the mags in.

VERY VERY NICE!

savvysurvivor is where I ordered mine and the shipping was great to boot.

The inside of my 40" case measures 39", but the case is flexible enough to where an inch or so longer would be able to fit, especially since you can kind of tilt the rifle in it's securing straps.  So yes, I would think the 36" would work ok for your shotty.

BUT, the front pocket isn't as forgiving as the main compartment, it wasn't built with the intention of a thick firearm in there.  My AR fits perfectly in the front pocket of the 40" case.  NOw, that is with an Eotech, which does make it a little tighter than if it wasn't there.

If you're running any optic on your AR, I would have to say it might not fit.  If no optic, I think you might be good to go.

Maybe someone else here has a 36" case already and could test out the front pocket for the fit of an AR??

Thx for the info. i will probably go with a 36". i also had a thought of making or having made a scabard with a handle, four point hook ups (d-rings on four sides top and bottom), molle attatchments on one side and a verticle shoulder straps on the other. this set up would lend itself to being attatched to another of the same sort for double carry. plus i could mount it in my unit for duty use using the d-rings and snaphooks.
have ya'll ever seen anything like this or a product i could use to improve off of??
