The hash marks line up almost perfect, but how do you hold for wind?  The picture is a 5mph crosswind.  With a 10-12+ mph crosswind, it would be doable, but a big enough hold that its almost guessing.

Also, how are you guys ranging targets?  I read somewhere that the hashes line up perfect with the 3 gun flasher targets to hold it on the hash that fits the target?

For ranging, I use a laser rangefinder.

For correcting for windage, I estimate where on the target to hold based upon the size of the target and wind speed. If it's a 10" flasher and Strelok tells me POI is going to be 6.5" to the right, I hold left edge of the flasher.  Then I walk it in if I miss and can see dirt impact.

Laser rangefinder is fine. I didn't think there was a good way to range with it.

Is everyone just guessing and walking it in? 10mph crosswind at 400 yards is a 22" hold.
This is a 10" target.
