[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Magnifier for EOTech

I'm in the market for a magnifier for my EOTech, but am not willing to shell out the money for the EOTech brand. Does anyone have experience with other less-expensive brands?

I have experienced the G33 and Primary Arms gen IV 3x magnifiers. The G33 is very nice, but I don't think it's worth $500. The PA magnifier is really nice for 100 bucks. Better eye relief and eye box, but light gathering isn't as good. Be sure to get a quality mount like a Larue for it though.

I think the G33 is the best magnifier available, considering its features and performance.
I see them on the EE all the time so I'm sure you could save money there.

Samson 3.5x magnifier- more magnification, wider field of view, comes with flip to side mount. In my opinion, the glass is clearer than both Eotech and Aimpoint's magnifiers.

I've seen quite a few BNIB G33s sell on the EE for $350-$400 in the past month or two.
