I've got a T1 that's about a year old and has only been lightly used so far. My question is the brightness  (on/off) knob has some slight play in it, I can push it in about 1/64th of an inch or less and if I turn the switch it will work back out, has anyone else seen this and is it an issue or should I not worry about it? I ordered the sight and mount from Larue so I'm not worried about it being a fake, and every thing else is fine with the sight.

Yes, this is normal. All of my T1's do the same thing to varying degrees.  Good to go.  It's real and still bombproof.

I will second this.  My older T-1 didn't do it as much as my newer ones have.  All have been flawless.
