Anybody know of a scope for a .308 bolt gun that has the CMR type reticle (ranging reticle) or ranging reticle like an ACOG that does not cost an arm and a let and is good glass?

The Leupy costs about 2500 bucks.

Thanks in advance.

Are you open to MRAD turret and matching mil dot or TMR (tactical milling reticle) type scopes?  Lots of options at reasonable prices.

The Burris XTRII 1-5x and Trijicon Accupower 1-4x are both options with ACOG -type ranging+BDC reticles that cost less than an ACOG.  The next one down on the list would probably be the Primary Arms ACSS 1-6x, but that is Chinese glass, and takes you out of the realm of what I would call "good" glass.  Same deal with the Pride-Fowler RR900 2.5-10x.  A low power ranging/BDC scope isn't the usual choice for a .308 bolt gun, but nothing really wrong with it.  I've run a 1-4x on a lightweight bolt gun for hunting before, and it works fine.  Kind of a "dangerous game" style setup.

Like the guy above me stated, the Burris XTR II.... But for a bolt gun, I'd grab the 1.5-8X.
