| Hello, I have an Aimpoint Pro on my rifle which I've had since 2013. I've been thinking about switching it out for something different, just because I like trying new stuff. One thing is, I'm curious about other Aimpoints, such as the Comp M4. As far as glass clarity is concerned would the Comp M4 have clearer glass than the Pro? The Pro has a blueish tint to it and it's sort of dark when looking through it. Should I expect the exact same sight picture with a Comp M4? No one has one locally for me to check out in person unfortunately. Thanks appreciate it. |

I don't think the M4 will be too much different. I have a M4. |
| I don't think you would gain much with the Comp M4 other than battery life and AA availability and usage. Also it may be easy to mount the Comp M4 level because it's a fixed base optic vs ring based on the PRO. If you ever wanted to upgrade the mount to a Larue or ADM. |
