Anyone have any experience with the Aimpoint LRP mount?

I have a ADM Mount on my Primary Arms, while I wasn't fond of it for how much it costs, I still own it so... I'm wondering what you guys would choose to keep if you are selling off extra stuff?

I have one an Aimpoint H-1 I'm running on a Vepr 12, no complaints, especially for the cost.
