Hey guys I'm new to the forum and wanted a few opinions/suggestions.

I have diamondhead 45° flip out sights and an sigtac 4x. I have the flip outs all the way to the rear and the 4x on a riser as close to the irons as possible. I find that I have to really lean fwd to get a good eye relief for the 4x and when I transition to the flip outs that I'm too close to them and have to lean my head way back. Should I just get used to the way i have it or should I Place the 4x further back and the flip outs in front of the 4x? If I place the flip outs in front of the 4x will I lose and accuracy?

Place them where you can use them the best FOR YOU. Any place will be some sort of compromise, but you gotta be able to use them right?

You can not use iron sights with a magnified optic. It won't work.

Read the OP: they're 45* sights, they'll work just fine.

I would suggest leaving the sights where they are. Moving the rear up will make them harder to use with any speed.

I have the opposite take as the poster above provided the optic is primary and the irons are a close in backup.  I'd get the optic eye relief perfect then put the irons in front if you need to.  Set it up for whichever sight is priority to you.
