Just got a pair of these sights. I was up in the air about putting any back up sights on my M&P15OR. Now that I have them on, glad I did get them! Very small foot print on my top rail, and the 1/3 lower co-witness is nice!

One question. I have the Vortex dot sight sighted in. Can I just move the elevation and windage to the dot? I have the weapon in a vice so it cant move. Its looks like it is perfect on the dot after I made some small adjustments.

Yes you can, and it will give you a rough zero but always confirm at range.

I did the exact thing with a Burris FF3 in a AF3 mount. It worked spot on. I put whatever I am shooting  "on top" of the front sight post. I sighted the red dot so that the apex was centered even on the FSP and it was spot on. The rear sight is a KAK but the front sight is an MBUS PRO so I dont think it will make a difference functionally
