[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bushnell AR optics

Anyone have any experience with the Bushnell AR line of optics? I am considering these based on local availability. I am looking to equip both an M&P 15-22, and a frankengun 5.56 with 14.5" pinned & welded barrel. I am pretty sure the 15-22 will get the 2-7x32, but am on the fence for the 5.56 - I'm thinking of going with 1-4x24, but are the extra features of the PCL version worth the extra cost over the regular 1-4x24 version? Most I will usually be shooting is from 50 to 100yds. max range, occasionally out to 200.

I've had both of the 1-4x versions.

It really depends on what you're going to be doing. I liked the illuminated FFP version better, but the BDC didn't work well for me. Glass was clear on both - I just liked the reticle better. It's essentially a red dot at 1x
